Clients can take one-on-one lessons with our instructors, and we also offer duet lessons perfect for partners and friends. All lessons include the whole Pilates system of apparatus and mat work.

Our mat and reformer classes allow clients to benefit from Pilates in a group setting.
Intermediate mat class: 6 p.m. Tuesdays
Take your Pilates up a notch. Clients may join this class with the instructor’s approval. Cost is $20 per class. Or, a mat card of 10 classes is $150.
All-levels mat class:

Add a Pilates pick-me-up, just in time for the weekend. Cost is $20 per class. Or, a mat card of 10 classes is $150.
- 7 a.m. Wednesdays
- 5:15 p.m. Thursdays

Use spring-based equipment to learn the basic system of Pilates. Classes will use the reformer, mat and tower/cadillac. This class is designed with beginners in mind, but all levels of experience are welcome. To register, book online. Cost: $30 per class.
Springs class for age 50 and older: 3 p.m. Mondays
Spend 45 minutes on equipment that’s meant to help improve your stretch, strength and control. This class is specially designed for those age 50 and older, and no experience is necessary. Registration limit is four people, so sign up early! A minimum of two people must register to hold each class. To register, book online, call the studio at (217) 239-2694 or email Elizabeth. Cost: $30 per class.
